How the app handles your data.
Effective June 27, 2026. This policy explains what the service stores and why.
Information we collect
- Email address for magic-link sign in and account lookup.
- Profile data you provide or import, including CV text, experience, education, skills, projects, career goals, and job preferences.
- Generated job matches, application drafts, recruiter-message drafts, response summaries, and related usage metadata.
- Subscription and checkout status when payments are configured through RevenueCat.
- Cookie-consent preference and session data needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- Authenticate your session and keep your profile attached to your account.
- Parse your CV, build your timeline, generate goal nodes, match roles, and prepare CV/outreach drafts.
- Show quota, subscription, application, and recruiter-thread state inside the workspace.
- Improve safety by surfacing validation flags when AI output may include unsupported claims.
AI processing
AI features may send relevant profile, goal, job, and message context to Cloudflare Workers AI. The service uses system cards and validation checks to constrain behavior, but generated output can still be inaccurate and must be reviewed.
Cookies and local storage
- Local storage keeps your session token and preferences so the app can function.
- If you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner, the session is also mirrored into a same-site session cookie for seven days.
- No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are intentionally used.
Sharing and processors
The service runs on Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, static assets, and Workers AI. Payment flows may use RevenueCat (which processes card payments through its payment provider). OAuth imports may involve GitHub or LinkedIn when you explicitly connect those providers. We do not sell personal information.
